Support grant-funded, philanthropic, and externally sponsored projects, strengthen governance capability, assist investigators, and contribute to funding diversification and commercial support.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, overseeing pre-employment checks, maintaining Workday recruitment data, and providing market insights. The role focuses on attracting talent for aged care and healthcare services while delivering strong candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Coordinates Hammond Foundation funded projects from ideation through impact and develops strategic partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporates, and philanthropic stakeholders. Responsibilities include project portfolio oversight, partnership growth and stewardship, proposal and reporting documentation, funding process coordination, CRM management, and process improvement. The role requires managing multiple priorities, building external relationships, translating strategy into funding opportunities, and supporting mission-driven initiatives in aged care and healthcare.

Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate Product Owners, stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams, remove impediments, manage dependencies and risks, provide governance reporting, support testing, data migration, business readiness, and champion continuous improvement.

Coordinates end-to-end strategic projects supporting residential aged care transformation, innovation, technology, dementia care, process improvement, and change adoption. Provide hands-on administration of HubSpot and other digital marketing platforms; support setup, testing and optimisation of marketing automation workflows and audience segments; implement custom platform configurations and new features; build dashboards, tags and reporting to monitor campaign performance; collaborate with digital specialists, designers and wider marketing to improve engagement and outcomes.
