Maps consumer journeys, analyzes feedback and experience metrics, manages Voice of Customer surveys and NPS reporting, and develops insights to improve processes, systems, and behaviors. The role collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers, manages stakeholders and project teams, supports communications, and delivers initiatives on time and within budget.

The People Analyst delivers workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and insights to support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness. It is a permanent hybrid position based in St Leonards.

Leads discovery and optimisation of business processes using automation, AI and digital solutions. Identifies inefficiencies, quantifies benefits, facilitates workshops, maps current and future workflows, defines requirements, and partners with technical teams on solution delivery. Supports testing, implementation readiness, change management, adoption and value measurement across care, clinical, operational and corporate functions.
