Lead HammondCare's research and innovation strategy, overseeing applied research, evaluation, grants, partnerships, clinical trials, digital health and AI. Oversee governance, audit readiness, finances, policy, and workforce development to deliver sustainable, evidence-based vocational education aligned to organisational priorities.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform and modules. Configure Workday, manage service requests, deliver change management, business improvement projects, and ensure positive user experience and system documentation.

Provide hands-on administration of HubSpot and other digital marketing platforms; support setup, testing and optimisation of marketing automation workflows and audience segments; implement custom platform configurations and new features; build dashboards, tags and reporting to monitor campaign performance; collaborate with digital specialists, designers and wider marketing to improve engagement and outcomes.

Lead HammondCare's Salesforce platform architecture and roadmap, enforce design standards and governance, and oversee end-to-end solution and integration design. Mentor and manage a platform development team, partner with Product Owners and agile teams for delivery, and provide expert technical contribution across Flow, Apex, Lightning, APIs and integrations while ensuring release management and platform stability.

Designs, manages and optimises hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure. Administers Windows Server, identity services, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery. Provides Level 3 support, leads migrations and cloud modernisation, ensures security/patching, monitors performance, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call and incident management while driving governance and cost optimisation.

Provide on-site technical support for end-user devices, mentor support analysts, manage incidents and escalations, perform hardware/software installations and SOE deployments, support MDM, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Cisco/Polycom/Surface Hub audio-visual systems, document resolutions, and participate in project work.

Partner with leaders to deliver HR advice, workforce planning, change management, capability building and wellbeing initiatives for an aged care workforce. Coach leaders, streamline people processes, support regulatory change, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve culture, engagement and retention.

Create, maintain and administer rosters for home care workers to ensure consistent, efficient and fair client care; manage staff schedules, maintain up-to-date care worker data, and coordinate with the centralised support team.

Lead the people side of HammondCare's technology transformation: develop and maintain change frameworks, drive adoption and business readiness, coordinate communications, training and transition activities, assess impacts and risks across multiple initiatives, support operational leaders, and monitor adoption, benefits realization and continuous improvement.

Design, build and optimise enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI/Tableau). Develop semantic models and datasets, apply UX and visual design principles, translate business needs into actionable visualisations, optimise report performance, ensure governance and consistency, and support adoption and self-service analytics across the organisation.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end full-stack and AI solutions, owning features from design to production. Build front-end and back-end systems, data pipelines, LLM integrations, ensure governance and clinical safety, and provide hands-on technical leadership while coordinating stakeholders.

Develop, maintain and extend HammondCare's Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows and Omnistudio. Build integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP), implement UI components, follow Salesforce best practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, use DevOps/release tools, peer-review code, and support administrators, analysts and architects across the IT team.
