The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for billing, electronic claiming, reconciliations, and account support, ensuring accuracy in all financial operations. This role also involves handling inquiries, data analysis, and facilitating debt collection activities.

Designs, manages and optimises hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure. Administers Windows Server, identity services, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery. Provides Level 3 support, leads migrations and cloud modernisation, ensures security/patching, monitors performance, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call and incident management while driving governance and cost optimisation.

The Data Architect is responsible for defining and evolving enterprise data architecture, ensuring data is secure, usable, and compliant, while improving data quality across clinical and corporate domains.

Coordinate payroll compliance activities, reporting, reconciliations and audits to ensure adherence to legislation and organisational requirements. Administer workers compensation, superannuation, STP, ETP, FBT, garnishees, salary packaging and payroll journals. Support month-end processing, statutory payments, system enhancements and maintain payroll documentation and compliance records.

Perform monthly financial close tasks (journals, reconciliations), support statutory and government reporting, assist audits, manage fixed assets and FBT preparation, contribute to budgeting and GL migration projects while supporting Finance leadership.

Manage and dispatch rosters for Northern Sydney and Beaches Home Care, optimize workforce utilisation, act as primary contact for schedule changes, monitor scheduling KPIs, collaborate with care leaders on workforce gaps, and refine scheduling processes and systems to support continuity of care.

Manage billing, receipting, electronic claiming, reconciliations, month-end reporting and debtor collections. Process admissions/discharges, prepare journals to Coupa, handle client account enquiries, perform data analysis, liaise with stakeholders, and support process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects.
