Advise and mentor care staff, contribute to case management and clinical decisions, implement person-centred dementia care, and use LeeCare online reporting systems to support resident comfort and care delivery.

The Physiotherapist will assess patients' mobility and care needs, set care goals, and provide treatments within a multidisciplinary team in a palliative care setting.

Perform monthly financial close tasks (journals, reconciliations), support statutory and government reporting, assist audits, manage fixed assets and FBT preparation, contribute to budgeting and GL migration projects while supporting Finance leadership.
