Provide patient-focused nursing care at Maquarie Hospital in Older Persons Mental Health. Must have completed medication administration module, be AHPRA-registered, work a rotating roster, participate in multidisciplinary team activities, travel between HammondCare sites as required, and engage in ongoing learning and development. Role is part-time (3 days/week) for 12 months.

Provide consultative clinical support and oversight as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care. Advise and mentor care staff, contribute to case management and clinical decisions, implement person-centred dementia care, and use LeeCare online reporting systems to support resident comfort and care delivery.

Provide expert advice and support to aged care providers and families regarding dementia care, improving lives through evidence-based strategies and assessments.
