Lead regional dementia support service delivery, ensuring clinical governance, performance, budgeting, reporting and team development. Drive strategic planning, ICT/data use, quality, and capacity building across aged care stakeholders.

Provide in-home care and practical support to older clients, including personal care, meal preparation, light cleaning, transportation, shopping, and medication assistance. The role requires regular travel between Northern Sydney clients using an insured personal vehicle. No prior experience is necessary, and full training is provided. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, reliable car, flexibility, patience, and compassion. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred.

Own the end-to-end design, development, and production delivery of full-stack digital and AI solutions. Build front-end, back-end, data, integration, and LLM capabilities while ensuring governance, privacy, safety, and clinical standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership, shape ambiguous problems into scalable products, coordinate stakeholders, and support production systems. The role requires advanced Python, React, TypeScript, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, AI workflows, and experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production.
