Provide supervised social care at Bungaribee - Paperbark Social Club for older people, following individual care plans, leading activities and outings, documenting care, communicating changes, and occasionally driving clients offsite. Training provided; must use smartphone and complete required checks.

Lead HammondCare's research and innovation strategy, overseeing applied research, evaluation, grants, partnerships, clinical trials, digital health and AI. Build partnerships, secure funding, ensure governance and ethics, drive commercialization and impact measurement, and develop a multidisciplinary team to translate evidence into scalable care solutions.

Lead and manage HammondCare's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring regulatory compliance (ASQA, VET Quality Framework), high-quality training and assessment, commercial growth, funding/grant management, stakeholder partnerships, and continuous improvement. Oversee governance, audit readiness, finances, policy, and workforce development to deliver sustainable, evidence-based vocational education aligned to organisational priorities.
