Lead demand and capacity planning, workforce modelling and optimisation for home care services. Drive onboarding and service-flow improvements, deliver performance insights and reports, and implement system and process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability and service continuity.

Lead and manage HammondCare's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring regulatory compliance (ASQA, VET Quality Framework), high-quality training and assessment, commercial growth, funding/grant management, stakeholder partnerships, and continuous improvement. Oversee governance, audit readiness, finances, policy, and workforce development to deliver sustainable, evidence-based vocational education aligned to organisational priorities.

Lead HammondCare's Salesforce platform architecture and roadmap, enforce design standards and governance, and oversee end-to-end solution and integration design. Mentor and manage a platform development team, partner with Product Owners and agile teams for delivery, and provide expert technical contribution across Flow, Apex, Lightning, APIs and integrations while ensuring release management and platform stability.
