Provide patient-centred care to older persons mental health patients in a hospital ward. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, communicate effectively, use email and electronic patient record systems, and prioritise workloads in a complex clinical environment. Participate in training and development activities. Applicants need at least one year of relevant hospital experience or be second-year Bachelor of Nursing students with clinical placement experience.

Provides individualized nursing care to older adults in their homes, group activities, or seniors living units. Responsibilities include assessing functional care needs, establishing care goals, delivering treatments and interventions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting independence, conducting home visits, and contributing to continuous quality improvement. The role requires current AHPRA registration, effective communication, time management, independent working ability, and reliable travel between client locations.

Lead regional dementia support service delivery, ensuring clinical governance, performance, budgeting, reporting and team development. Drive strategic planning, ICT/data use, quality, and capacity building across aged care stakeholders.
