WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

BiG (Brand in Games), Yodo1's IP licensing and strategic partnerships division, is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own the day-to-day execution of our marketing initiatives while helping grow BiG as the leading platform connecting game developers with the world's biggest entertainment brands.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with curiosity, creativity, and a global mindset. You'll be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across China while ensuring our messaging resonates with international audiences and partners.

You'll work closely with licensing, business development, product, and leadership to execute campaigns that generate leads, strengthen our brand, and support our partnerships.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting BiG's licensing initiatives and strategic partnerships.

  • Own BiG's marketing communications across China while supporting global campaigns and international audiences.

  • Create and manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and content schedules.

  • Build and maintain landing pages using WordPress or Webflow.

  • Manage HubSpot CRM, email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and reporting.

  • Execute lead generation campaigns that support business development efforts.

  • Coordinate webinar promotion, event marketing, ChinaJoy, Gamescom, GDC, and other industry activities.

  • Develop social media content across LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant channels.

  • Support PR announcements, case studies, partnership launches, and customer success stories.

  • Work closely with Business Development to ensure marketing activities generate qualified leads and support commercial objectives.

  • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations using data and analytics.

  • Help establish scalable marketing processes and best practices as BiG continues to grow.

You must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, gaming, licensing, or technology.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, email automation, and reporting.

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns from planning, content creation through to execution.

  • Experience building and editing websites using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently own multiple initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Native proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.

  • Passion for gaming, entertainment and emerging technologies.

You might have:

  • Experience marketing within the gaming, licensing, entertainment, or IP industries.

  • Experience with webinar production and virtual events.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, or Chinese digital marketing platforms.

  • Experience producing thought leadership content.

  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.

  • Experience supporting international B2B sales organizations.
