Job Description
The role
Join Lendi Group as a Marketing Specialist, Network Growth, where you'll drive broker and franchise recruitment through impactful B2B marketing, compelling content, and lead-generating campaigns that bring our value proposition to life and boost brand visibility.
- Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content across digital, social, and event channels to attract and convert brokers.
- Maintain a content library and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage targeted campaigns and communications to drive new enquiries and re-engage broker candidates.
- Craft regular updates to support broker development and brand engagement within the network.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform messaging and strategy.
- Support award submissions and recognition initiatives to enhance brand credibility and appeal.
- Track and report on campaign outcomes, content engagement, and lead metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally and with external partners to bring campaigns to life and source authentic content.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a generalist marketing coordinator role, confidently managing content, campaigns, and cross-channel coordination.
- Proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio of visual assets across digital and print.
- A strategic storyteller with a proven ability to uncover compelling narratives, spot content opportunities, and craft messaging that aligns seamlessly with business and marketing goals.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail and quality, ensuring accuracy and precision across every campaign deliverable.
