Job Title:  Marketing Specialist, Partner Marketing

Reports to: Director, Pacific and dotted to Senior Marketing for Channel- APAC

Region & Area: Asia Pacific, Pacific (Australia and New Zealand)

Job Summary: 

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with AVEVA’s partners and channel sales teams in Pacific and APAC to create demand, drive engagement, and accelerate partner-led growth for Pacific. This role calls for a strategic, agile B2B marketer who can design and execute impactful partner marketing initiatives aligned with AVEVA’s growth objectives and prioritized industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Partner Marketing Strategy
    Design and implement a comprehensive partner marketing plan for Pacific aligned with AVEVA’s regional growth priorities with channel- manufacturing, automotive and high-tech.

  • Drive Pipeline & Brand Growth
    Deliver programs that generate pipeline, acquire new customers, and strengthen AVEVA’s brand presence through partner-led initiatives.

  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
    Oversee MDF budgets utilization, assess joint marketing plans, and ensure optimal fund utilization for maximum ROI.

  • Localize & Adapt Global Campaigns
    Tailor global programs for partner deployment, blending in-person and digital tactics for maximum impact.

  • Enable Partner Success
    Share best practices, guide partners on innovative marketing approaches, and foster collaboration across AVEVA’s partner ecosystem.

  • Measure & Optimize Performance
    Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes.

  • Developer Community Engagement
    Execute campaigns to grow and nurture developer communities, localizing content and experiences to enhance engagement.

Skills and Experience:

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: 3+ years in technology or industrial sectors, with hands-on partner marketing experience.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect partner marketing to broader go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills; fluent in English (mandatory).

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Data-Driven: Solid understanding of demand generation, ROI, and performance metrics.

  • Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with seller partner models and MDF programs.

  • Creative & Collaborative: Self-starter with innovative ideas and a team-oriented mindset.
