Our Marketing team is currently looking for a Partnerships Specialist to join the team in Sydney.

The Partnerships Marketing Specialist is accountable for developing successful partnerships with our streamers, and supporting the partnerships team across other functions including audio partners and celebrity partnerships/sponsorships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally represent VGW and our brands to partners and influencers.
  • Clear, timely and accurate communication with partners.
  • Support partnerships team on development of new creative for streamers and audio partners.
  • Build trust with partners and actively drive their engagement with our brands.
  • Effective planning and organisation of streamers schedules, ensuring appropriate briefing of new game releases and promotions.
  • Provide support across celebrity partnerships and sponsorships with a focus on production requirements and logistics.
  • Own internal and external reporting requirements. 
  • Collaborate with the product and broader marketing team to share learnings and insights.
  • Effectively brief & brainstorm with our creative team, and share creative performance and learning from the partnerships team.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2+ years in growth marketing, partnerships or account management is required.
  • Experience working with influencers, preferably streamers.
  • Experience in briefing in creative assets.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Youtube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. 
  • Collaborative and able to build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail & follow-through. 
  • Confidence to work directly with external partners, and actively manage their performance.
