Coordinates and executes marketing activities across Taiwan and Hong Kong, including localized content and asset development, approval workflows, vendor logistics, events, digital campaigns, and marketing calendars. Manages Taiwan consumer lead routing and patient concierge support across phone, LINE, email, and chat. Tracks budgets, performance, inventory, and campaign outcomes while coordinating agencies, regional teams, legal, regulatory, sales, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
The Marketing Specialist is the execution and coordination engine of the Taiwan & Hong Kong marketing team. The role supports the implementation of marketing programs across both markets — developing and managing marketing assets and content, running the approval and logistics processes that keep programs moving, coordinating the marketing calendar and events, and supporting the digital and lead-generation funnel.
The role also provides hands-on support to project owners across the team on whichever initiatives are live in a given quarter. It is a broad, fast-moving role for someone with strong coordination and implementation skills, a customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
Marketing assets & content — Taiwan and Hong Kong
• Develop, localize and adapt practice and consumer marketing assets and content for both markets — in-clinic materials, practice toolkits, sales aids, EDMs, social content and video editing.
• Manage the marketing asset library and tracker: inventory, language versions, approval and expiry status; ensure only current, approved materials are in circulation.
• Own the approval process end to end, including Bynder submission and routing through marketing, clinical, legal and regulatory reviewers, and ensure all content receives the required approvals before release.
• Act as the local point of contact for brand, copy and compliance questions on marketing materials.
Marketing operations & logistics — Taiwan and Hong Kong
• Run marketing logistics for both markets: printing and production, inventory and replenishment, and cross-border movement of materials and premiums.
• Manage vendors and agencies — briefing, quotations, timelines and quality control — and support the purchase-to-pay process, and invoice follow-up.
• Own the TW/HK marketing calendar: consolidate campaigns, launches, events, KOL activities and training into one master view, and flag conflicts and dependencies early.
• Maintain marketing process documentation so recurring workflows are repeatable across both markets.
Program, event & digital execution
• Support planning and on-site delivery of marketing events and programs — doctor forums, seminars, workshops, product launches, iTero Day, trade shows and KOL activities — including logistics, registration, budget tracking and post-event reporting.
• Support execution of digital marketing programs: website and landing page updates, Doctor Locator accuracy, EDM deployment, social and paid media asset trafficking, and coordination with agencies and the regional consumer marketing team.
• Work with IT and the regional team on web-based practice development tools and coordinate local rollout and doctor adoption.
• Support local teams on in-market execution to drive adoption and utilization of marketing tools and assets.
Leads & patient concierge — Taiwan
• Manage the local consumer lead flow: monitor volume and source quality, ensure timely handling and routing, and report on conversion from lead to booked appointment to first case.
• Provide patient concierge coverage across phone, LINE, email and chat — qualifying intent and booking appointments with Invisalign providers — with priority on high-intent leads.
• Improve concierge efficiency through templated responses, automation, LINE@ flows and agency support so manual handling time declines over time.
Project & team support
• Provide hands-on support to project owners across the marketing team on live initiatives — for example the NDO program, new product launches, sales enablement, market research — contributing materials, coordination, tracking and reporting rather than owning the program.
• Take on other marketing duties as assigned, in line with business priorities.
