A place where your unique perspective and a little human touch will do wonders, not just for lawyers who help people, but in shaping the future of legal technology.

What you'll do

You'll join as a new member of our next generation Marketing function. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute our NZ marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting how we add value to the ANZ legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption.

Reporting to the AU Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align Marketing efforts with broader company goals. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition, being involved in aspects ranging from digital channels to community building and field marketing, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.

To make this happen, the Marketing Specialist will:

  • Ensure brand compliance across all New Zealand wide marketing initiatives
  • Manage the social media strategy and regular communications such as newsletters, including content creation, scheduling, and optimization
  • Coordinate with our Global Marketing team to keep the website updated, including content creation, as required regionally, while ensuring an optimal user experience
  • Provide support to Management and Sales through effective customer data management and reporting including but not limited to MQLs
  • Event management, coordinating and managing any and all events, in person or online as required
  • Oversee sponsorship management and related activities
  • Monitor and order collateral and merchandise for NZ
  • Manage additional marketing projects for New Zealand entities as required
  • Assist any marketing channel or New Zealand entity when additional support is required

What you'll bring

You're an experienced marketing generalist who understands leveraging the full marketing mix of both brand and digital channels to achieve different goals. On top of this you'll have:

  • Experience working as a Marketing Generalist ideally in SaaS OR you've marketed to the professional services industry
  • Experience organising and attending marketing events
  • Understanding of basic SEO best practices, website editing, and planning / implementation
  • Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.

You are the type of person who

  • Has strong listening skills - you actively listen to your customers, stakeholders, team members, and audiences to understand their needs and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail - this is a multi-faceted role, so it’s imperative you organise your time effectively, work out what to prioritise, and ensure high quality output in any external marketing materials.
  • Is entrepreneurial - you are willing to roll your sleeves up, spot opportunities and try new things (even when they don’t always work out).
  • Can present ideas in a compelling way that capture attention and obtain buy-in from a range of stakeholders.

LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all of the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
