We are looking for a Marketing Specialist eager for their next step. This position will be a key partner for our Repco business, handling day-to-day marketing needs of this exciting national brand in both retail and trade (B2C and B2B) environments.

About the Role 

Reporting to the NZ Marketing Manager, you will be driving marketing execution of the Repco marketing program. This position provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of marketing activities with the benefit of a talented trans-tasman team of subject experts and the best in the business agencies across all the major marketing disciplines. 

  • Drive Repco’s success through organised, top class marketing execution 
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans – bring your creativity! 
  • Improve us through analysis and innovation 
  • Brief and manage agency production, including all forms of media  
  • Support the branch network to execute promotional activity 
  • Event management of significant local marketing events 
  • Develop your commercial savvy as a key internal partner for Repco operations 

Skills & Experience 

We are looking for an established Marketer with 3 to 5 years’ experience in executional marketing roles. You will be energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, motivated to support those who support our customers. You are strong at building relationships with those based remotely and outside your direct team and often regarded as an influencer who can make things happen in a cross-functional environment. With strong time and project management skills, you are dedicated to high quality execution – knowing that our best is what defines our customer’s experience. You will bring: 

  • Previous success in executing promotional and catalogue marketing 
  • Proven experience in event and project management
  • An understanding of retail and trade marketing would be an advantage  
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Highly organised and capable of prioritising your work to meet deadlines
