The role / impact

As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will step into a pivotal role as the internal Product Manager for our marketing technology stack, taking direct ownership of our core data pipelines, Salesforce ecosystem, and conversion event systems. This is a rare opportunity to directly guide a dedicated engineering team, empowering you to shape high-scale CRM and artificial intelligence roadmaps.

Your daily work focuses on configuring, delivering, and integrating premium SaaS applications to drive measurable return on investment and deliver hyper-personalised marketing at scale. By partnering with performance marketing, data engineering, and sales teams, you will make high-impact technical choices that improve audience targeting, enhance media performance visibility, and offer clear exposure to executive leadership.

The team / how they connect

The Marketing Technology team sits under Performance Marketing, operating as a high-velocity internal product and engineering function that owns our global tech stack. The team brings together artificial intelligence workflow development specialists and engineering pods who collaborate seamlessly across regions to build automated campaigns, lead-routing systems, and data-sharing pipelines. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing Technology, working alongside top-performing peers in an environment defined by accountability, shared learning, and a passion for engineering excellence.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Directing engineering workflows using comprehensive product requirement documents to build robust lead architecture and routing rules within Salesforce via LeanData.

  • Expanding our Segment customer data platform, utilizing personas to deliver complex user journeys, audiences, and an automated data layer connected to Clay, Unify, and Tray.

  • Launching flagship artificial intelligence initiatives, including our sales development representative automation project, by uniting data pipelines and large language model tooling.

  • Partnering with data analytics to instrument data-sharing pipelines like conversion APIs and identifier uploads to continuously improve bidding quality on third-party ad platforms.

  • Your background includes experience in marketing technology, sales operations, revenue operations, or product management, with a clear understanding of Salesforce and its integration capabilities.

  • You bring a proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, set feature priorities, and make high-ROI decisions that guide engineering teams toward impactful solutions.

  • Having a strong understanding of data flows, SaaS integrations, and modern tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, or DBT will ensure your success.

  • A genuine interest in exploring and applying artificial intelligence and large language model tools within a marketing or product context drives your work.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are part of your toolkit, making you comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to executive leaders.

  • You possess a natural curiosity for emerging technology, perhaps demonstrated through personal projects using Python or SQL, alongside a passion for solving complex problem sets laterally.
