About the role

As Marketplace Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our presence across key online marketplaces. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercial success, enhance brand visibility, and ensure operational excellence. This role is pivotal in accelerating digital growth and strengthening our market position.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

  • Manage relationships with key marketplace partners (e.g. Amazon, eBay, and others)

  • Optimise product listings, content, and pricing to maximise visibility and conversion

  • Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to inform decision-making

  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to align initiatives

  • Oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and availability across platforms

  • Stay ahead of marketplace trends, tools, and best practices

Who You Are

  • Experience managing online marketplaces, preferably within FMCG, retail, or eCommerce

  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset

  • Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement

  • Passionate about digital commerce and delivering customer-centric outcomes
