We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a part-time basis at 31.5 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, inspire a passionate team and create exceptional customer experiences in one of the Hunter Region's favourite beauty destinations.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day

  • Lead from the front by coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve their best 

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture through clear communication and ongoing development

  • Motivate your team to achieve KPIs while bringing MECCA's values to life

Requirement of the role:
