About the Role
 
As a Membership Consultant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members receive accurate, timely and professional support throughout their membership journey. In this role, you will process membership details, payments, suspensions and cancellations, and maintain the integrity of member data while delivering a positive member experience over the phone. 
 
This is a full time, 12 months max term contract, based in the Sydney CBD. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with hybrid working available. You are required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week. 
 
Key responsibilities
•    Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
•    Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates
•    Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries
•    Support payment processing and reconciliation activities
•    Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives
•    Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes
•    Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
