About the Role
This role is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Microsoft Surface solutions across Ingram Micro’s reseller partner ecosystem. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will enable partners with product knowledge, sales support, and opportunity development while collaborating closely with Microsoft and internal teams to build a pipeline, support deals end-to-end, and maximise partner success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners to drive adoption of Microsoft Surface.
Enable partners on the full Surface portfolio, including devices, accessories, warranties, and solutions.
Position Surface against competing OEM offerings and support partner customer conversations
Identify, qualify, and develop new Surface opportunities across the reseller base.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline aligned to Microsoft and Ingram Micro targets.
Support deal execution, including registrations, pricing, tenders, and bid renewals.
Prepare accurate quotes and assist partners with product selection and availability.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Support Microsoft Surface campaigns, product launches, and partner enablement activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales forecasts.
Assist with demand-generation and outbound partner engagement activities.
Role Requirements
Experience in channel sales, business development, or inside sales within the IT industry
Exposure to Microsoft solutions, devices, or end‑user computing (Surface experience highly desirable)
Experience working with reseller partners and managing multiple sales opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑administration environment
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and pipeline management
Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and vendor stakeholders
Experience within IT distribution is advantageous
