As a Mobile Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping people get back on their feet and return to work. You’ll be out in the field providing early, personal and face-to-face support to injured workers and their employers, guiding them through the claim and RTW process with care and expertise.
 

This role is about more than managing claims, it’s about building relationships, offering reassurance, and making a real difference in someone’s recovery journey. You’ll work closely with employers and workers to create tailored return-to-work plans, removing barriers and supporting positive outcomes every step of the way.
 

This is a full time, 12 month contract position based in Melbourne, on the road, delivering personalised support at client locations in person.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide workers’ compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers, and providers.

  • Deliver personalised face-to-face return to work support to workers and employers.

  • Conduct community-based visits inclusive of but not limited to worksites or medical clinics on initial triage of a claim and at significant milestones during the life of a claim.

  • Proactively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve sustainable return to work outcomes.

  • Conduct treater case conferences to establish RTW and treatment timeframes

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Current Unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence

  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation/Return to Work, Nursing, Allied Health or experience in Case Management is desirable.

  • Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation (preferred).

  • Effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and what is important to them to enable their recovery and return to work.

  • Sound negotiation and influencing skills.
