Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. This role is about giving the team extra hands and fresh thinking across motion content and brand guideline exploration.

You’ll help develop and apply Heidi’s visual language across motion, supporting brand films, product content, and ongoing brand exploration work. As a member of the video team, you will work closely with designers, the brand team, and the wider marketing team to test, refine content and our visual branding.

This role suits someone who enjoys shaping brand systems, delivering high quality marketing content and contributing thoughtfully within a fast-moving brand team.

What you’ll do
  • Create motion graphics and animated assets for brand, product, and social content

  • Explore and help define motion principles, transitions, and visual behaviours that feed into brand guidelines

  • Support brand guideline development, testing motion styles, typography in motion, pacing, and tone

  • Produce content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios, including social and product-led formats

  • Collaborate with editors to enhance films with motion elements, titles, and graphic systems

  • Help adapt and localise motion content for different markets

  • Organise and maintain motion assets, templates, and shared files

  • Contribute ideas during creative development and early concept stages

  • Occasionally support light pre-production tasks such as visual references and style frames

What we’re looking for
  • Solid experience as a motion graphics artist, ideally within brand, advertising, or product storytelling

  • Strong After Effects skills, with a good understanding of animation principles

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and some 3d basics.

  • Basic working knowledge of Canva and/or Figma for adapting layouts, templates, and brand assets

  • Strong visual instincts, with attention to rhythm, clarity, and emotional tone

  • Ability to work within and help evolve an existing brand system

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects while keeping communication clear

Nice to have
  • Experience contributing to or supporting brand guidelines

  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or human-centred storytelling

  • Illustration or design background

  • Understanding of localisation and multi-language workflows

The way we work

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

  • Flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.

  • A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

  • Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win

  • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups

  • If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!

Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
