This is an ideal opportunity for a data-led National Account Executive ready to step up, or a National Account Manager looking to deepen their capability in a highly strategic and challenging customer.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with Coles across Glass & RTD, contributing to the delivery of Net Sales, Margin and share ambitions
  • Contributing to pricing, promotional planning and trade investment decisions within a competitive and data-led environment
  • Using customer and category insights to help identify growth opportunities and inform ranging, pricing and activation plans
  • Building strong and credible relationships with Coles stakeholders, with the confidence to contribute ideas and perspectives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (RGM, Category, Supply, Marketing) to support the delivery of aligned and commercially sound plans
  • Contributing to test-and-learn initiatives, helping to explore new ways of working and unlock future growth opportunities within the Coles partnership

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Strong data literacy and systems capability, with the ability to translate insight into clear commercial actions
  • Commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and P&L management, with a meticulous approach
  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous trading environment, with resilience and a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to influence and challenge both internally and externally, using insight and logic to shape outcomes
  • A growth mindset with the curiosity and drive to learn, develop and step into broader commercial leadership over time
