A great opportunity for an FMCG rising star with key account management experience to join a global powerhouse and work alongside a high performing team to take our partnership to the next level with our NSW wholesale partners. The National Account Manager, Distributor Partners main priority is developing annual business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distribution Partners.

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You will coordinate meetings with Distributors to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives, Ensuring Distributors fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards. Additionally, You will establish a set communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs.

DEVELOP & EXECUTE BUSINESS PLAN

You will develop the annual business plans with the Distributor in regards to organisation requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs. You will engage and influence all levels of the distributors business to gain buy in to business plan. 

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 

You will develop knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to DP's, Proactively uses Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising is in place and Hold DPs accountable for data submission into RB systems to ensure accurate and timely information. 

DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE & ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERT

You will have thorough working knowledge of distributors internal systems and structure aswell as working knowledge of routing procedures and able to suggest better route to market and/or manpower needs based on distribution and account frequency. 

MISCELLANEOUS RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will share and enforce guidelines with regards to RB’s inventory policy, Provide on-going feedback relative to DP performance against objectives and KPIs, Develop working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography as well as communicate regularly and work effectively with all BU sales team (Off & On Premise Key Accounts) and marketing team to secure full alignment of the Business goals with the DP.
