Your unique contribution

Great opportunity to gain experience within a leading beverage company

Based in Sydney, you will report into the Head of Independents and will have full ownership of the Commercial delivery for our Premium Spirits, RTD & Champagne portfolio within the Liquor Marketing Group ( Bottlemart, SipnSave, Harry brown, Thirsty Camel)

You will be responsible for driving a mutually beneficial partnership across key State & National stakeholders, working collaboratively to deliver strategic NPD whilst owning the Range Review and Joint Business Planning processes. 

With the support of key stakeholders, you will achieve agreed customer sales revenue growth targets within business, channel, brand and trade spend guidelines.

This is a fixed term contract to start immediately until end of Jun 2025

  • Work with the Category team to deliver outstanding category management reviews, demonstrating best practice within the Spirits and RTD categories. 

  • Optimise promotional programs that assist the delivery of sales, company, and brand strategies. 

  • Leverage your strengths within data and insights to lead the strategic planning process that delivers mutual value for all parties. 

  • Utilise your negotiation and influencing skills to maximise our investment structures and trading terms. 

Your perfect blend of Talent

As well as having an impressive blend of entrepreneurial spirit, mutual trust, and ethical commitment, you will also bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar 

  • Expertise in FMCG commercial sales, managing key retail accounts and delivering on revenue targets. 

  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and knowledge of category management

  • Proven ability to build effective business partnerships that foster collaboration with all key stakeholders, both internal & external. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence / negotiate with major retail customers.

  • Self-motivated, open to change and ambiguity whilst demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
