About the Role:

We are looking for a National Account Manager to take full ownership of the On-Premise Channel.

This is a role with end-to-end accountability — where you will lead the strategy, performance and growth of your customer portfolio. You will shape and deliver customer plans, owning outcomes across revenue, profitability and investment.

You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to unlock opportunities, optimise trade investment and deliver strong return on investment. Operating with a high level of ownership, you will manage your customer as a business — balancing short-term delivery with long-term value creation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow customer performance, delivering against revenue, share and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans that unlock sustainable growth.
  • Find opportunities and translate them into commercial outcomes through execution.
  • Lead customer conversations with credibility, influence and a strong understanding of value drivers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align plans and deliver results end-to-end.
  • Use data, insights and commercial judgement to inform decisions and prioritisation.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • A track record of owning and delivering commercial outcomes in a complex environment, ideally within a broader consumer packaged goods context.
  • High commercial acumen and customer account management experience ideally with on-premise channel.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans that unlock sustainable growth,
  • Find opportunities and translate them into commercial outcomes through execution.
  • Lead customer conversations with credibility, influence and a strong understanding of value drivers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align plans and deliver results end-to-end.
  • Use data, insights and commercial judgement to inform decisions and prioritisation.
