How You Will Make An Impact

  • As a National Account Manager at ZURU Edge, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by fostering and managing key customer relationships. With our remarkable growth trajectory and diverse portfolio, this role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with major accounts and expand our market presence across Australia.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, aligning strategies with business goals.
  • Sales Performance: Take ownership of key sales measures, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to implement effective category strategies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service levels and address potential issues proactively.
  • Category Management: Implement category plans and trade business plans.
  • Promotional Strategy: Execute promotional strategies and manage trade budgets.
  • Negotiations and Trading Terms: Manage negotiations aligned with ZURU's commercial strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and drive overall improvement in category management.

Skills & Experiences required

  • 1-3 years experience in account management role
  • Strong understanding of the 4P framework and category strategies execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
