Job Description

Are you looking for your next role as a National Account Manager? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team! In this newly created role, you will focus on managing national accounts amongst our independents and breakthrough retail channels to drive sales performance, manage trade spend, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders! This is a full-time position managing a graduate Account Specialist, based in our head office in North Sydney with hybrid flexibility. Are you up for the challenge?

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee forecasting, planning, and trade spend for key accounts
  • Collaborate with key customers to develop joint business plans that align to both business and customer strategy
  • Identify and implement strategic growth opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the P&L for the independents retail segment to monitor and ensure profitable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth initiatives

Qualifications

For this role as a National Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • You have demonstrated experience in account management nationally
  • Experience with eCommerce account management will be highly regarded
  • You display a growth mindset
  • You have strong commercial business acumen
