The NDIS Admin Assistant will perform administrative tasks for an NDIS/Healthcare client, including data entry, basic phone handling, and support for the CEO.
This is a remote position.
PERMANENT DAYSHIFT WFHGVA - ADMIN : 20-30HOURS PART TIME TO START
The GVA - Admin role will be for an NDIS / Healthcare client in Australia.
The admin VA is advised to be open for work on Saturdays and Sunday plus select days on weekdays, mainly to support 20-30 hrs weekly in the beginning. After 2-3 months based on performance and business need, support may increase +10 hours a week
If required, request for weekdays support may come in.
TASKS
- Support client with administrative tasks for her NDIS Business
- Encode and compute basic admin materials
- Work may require basic phone handling and calls to follow up with clients, etc
- Other general administrative tasks to support the CEO
