National Rostering Team Leader
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking an experienced National Rostering Team Leader to lead our Rostering team and ensure the efficient allocation of support workers to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor the Rostering team to deliver accurate, timely rosters.

  • Optimise rostering processes to enhance client experience and staff utilisation.

  • Implement effective staff/client matching processes.

  • Work closely with Recruitment, Customer Care and Business Relationship teams.

  • Ensure compliance with awards, Fair Work legislation and NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement and workforce planning initiatives.

About You:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience managing teams in workforce management/rostering.

  • Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care or health-related services.

  • Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Confident with MS Office and CRM systems.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
