Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the healthcare industry, and a provider of direct support to aged care, NDIS, and disability service participants in their homes and the community across Australia.

Are you a people person who loves making connections and helping others? We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our NDIS and disability services across Sydney. You will be responsible for generating potential leads and converting them to active HCA clients. And you’ll be supported by local and national teams who are committed to supporting people with disability to live their best lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our NDIS services
  • Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
  • Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)
  • Working with our internal teams to match clients with the right support workers and support services

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales from any industry, customer service, disability services, or community service work
  • Confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships
  • Motivated by opportunity and goal driven
  • Passionate about process and achieving outcomes

Checks Required:  NDIS Workers Screening Check, a current Working with Children Check and a national police check.
