The Role

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Customer Technology Advisor

Become an essential part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team by joining us as a Customer Technology Advisor. As a certified expert in your field, you will be at the forefront of innovating technology solutions for our valued customers.

Collaborating with Kyndryl Consult partners and customer partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and deliver results that exceed customer expectations. This role is more than just an advisor—it positions you as a trusted, insightful partner who delivers unique, differentiated value.

Use engaging show-and-tell techniques such as compelling demos and persuasive presentations to showcase our industry credibility and excellence, leaving a lasting impression on prospects. As a key team member, you will work closely with customer partners and Kyndryl Consult partners to support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across sales, pre-sales, and delivery.

Combine your broad technical knowledge and domain-specific expertise with Kyndryl’s extensive capabilities to develop profitable deals that drive our success. Demonstrating end-to-end knowledge of your specialty and related areas will reflect your commitment and enthusiasm for continuous improvement within our practices.

Your technical proficiency, backed by external certifications, will establish you as a true authority in your field. As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will offer valuable solutions in the practice services domain, supported by strong technical insight and business acumen.

By combining excellent customer engagement skills with a clear communication style, you will effectively convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl’s capabilities and perfectly address each customer’s unique needs. With strategic thinking, you will identify complex business and technical requirements and harness Kyndryl’s vast capabilities to ensure success across practice solutions.

Your ability to craft and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes will clearly illustrate the tangible value of our offerings, encouraging customers to choose us as their partner. Beyond technical expertise, you will lead coordination across the pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance by adhering to Kyndryl’s best practices.

Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive successful engagements and create optimal technology solutions. Additionally, you will actively build and nurture relationships with external partner companies, fostering a cooperative environment for joint solution development.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Deep knowledge of service offerings and technical solutions within the practice

  • Proven experience in transforming strong technical knowledge into practical customer insights and solutions

  • Experience in consultative selling

  • Recognized externally as an expert in technology and/or solution domains, including technical certifications supporting secondary areas such as: Applications, Data & AI Cloud Core Enterprise & zCloud Digital Workplace Network & Edge Security & Resilience

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Over 5 years of experience in selling technical services, primarily to clients in the financial industry (MegaBank)
