Design, implement, and troubleshoot local and wide-area network solutions (IP/VoIP), lead network projects, create proof-of-concepts, coordinate vendor installs, and support go-live and maintenance. Support monitoring, virtualization (SDN/SD‑WAN), and emerging wireless/5G technologies while communicating requirements to teams and customers.

The Customer Technology Advisor drives technology solutions, collaborates with partners to deliver value, and supports pre-sales processes, leveraging technical expertise and consultative selling to exceed customer expectations.
