As part of the Sales team, we are seeking an energetic, innovative Business Development Representative (BDR) with a flair for developing new business and identifying qualified leads. You'll join our relationship-driven team and take charge of developing detailed sales/marketing plans and maximizing sales opportunities to drive results and inspire productivity and teamwork. You will rely on your experience and good judgment to proactively build and exponentially grow accounts and drive year-over-year growth in line with the revenue goals.

As a Business Development Representative you will:

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing and outside sales to deliver a world-class customer experience.

  • Be the driver of adoption of our product offerings.

  • Be responsible for initiating or guiding the customer conversation and ultimately providing qualifying information to sales.

  • While performing Sales Development functions, daily work will include working with cross functional field teams to focus on specific accounts, as well as coordinating with Marketing on demand-gen efforts. This is a high-performance team, so the ideal candidate should be good at working against goals.

  • Partner with the enterprise sales teams in the assigned region.

  • Prospect, identify, qualify and set appointments for new sales opportunities.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 4+ years of Sales experience - Business Development - Inside Sales Experience - Enterprise Software Sales, or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of the big data ecosystem, including data warehousing, data engineering, data in motion, operational databases, cloud, and/or machine learning technologies.

  • A willingness to learn, a curiosity to discover and a drive to make your customers successful.

You may also have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.

  • A passion for using technology to make a difference to people and organizations.

  • You are passionate about what you do and inspire people around you.
