At Prospawe're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build trust, manage a pipeline and consistently close business. 

As a New Business Sales Consultant, you'll partner with business owners, understand their goals and challenges, and help them navigate solutions that support their growth. You'll take ownership of your pipeline, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and have meaningful conversations that create value for customers and drive results. 

This is an opportunity for a proven salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being accountable for outcomes and wants to be rewarded for performance. 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Build trusted relationships with small business owners and recommend lending solutions that meet their needs. 
  • Manage and progress a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, converting qualified leads into new Prospa customers. 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process.  
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.

  • Experience in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment. 
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing multiple opportunities at once
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver consultative solutions
  • Resilience, motivation and a competitive drive to succeed
  • A customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in helping businesses achieve their goals
  • Experience in B2B sales, financial services, technology, telecommunications, commercial services or other consultative sales environments is highly regarded
