We’re on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join our Sydney Corporate office full-time, Monday to Friday. This is more than just a desk job—you’ll be the mastermind behind our office events, the go-to person for anything and everything, and the driving force behind a workspace that feels like home.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

  • Keeping the wheels turning – Managing office operations, coordinating suppliers, handling invoices, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Creating an awesome office vibe – Planning epic team lunches, birthday celebrations, and events that make Mondays feel like Fridays.
  • Welcoming new team members – Making onboarding a breeze by setting up their workspace and making them feel part of the crew from day one.
  • Keeping things in top shape – Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas are tidy, stocked, and always ready for action.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and people skills – you’re approachable and always happy to help.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role is a plus!
  • A team player who enjoys bringing people together and fostering a positive workplace culture.
