About the Role

Due to sustainable growth, we are now recruiting for a permanent, full-time Office Administrator to join our Archerfield, QLD office.

Reporting to the Sime Executive Team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency across administrative functions, and producing high-quality reports and presentations. Your expertise in Microsoft Office will be essential as you prepare professional documents, analyse data, and create compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and travel bookings.
  • Prepare, format, and edit professional documents in Microsoft Word.
  • Create, update, and analyse spreadsheets, reports and graphs using Microsoft Excel.
  • Design and develop presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint to support internal and external meetings.
  • Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and office activities to ensure smooth operations.

Essential requirements

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality reports, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Proven customer experience with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey ideas clearly.
  • Full Australian working rights.
