We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to work at our North Ryde office. Reporting to the HR Director you will be the first face that visitors see as they enter our ANZ HQ. You will be responsible for signing in all visitors, keeping the meeting rooms in order and fully stocked, processing facilities invoices, budget record keeping with additional responsibility for office supplies. This is a varied role that seeks a person with a ‘can do’ attitude who can multitask and is confident to use their initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic administrative tasks that may include mailing, office supply ordering, filing and other tasks as needed under general supervision
• Provide telephone support and screen concerns and matters to minimize interruption
• Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail
• assisting to plan and execute meetings and events, under supervision
• Use computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and to perform data entry, as directed
• Other incidental duties: Assist in routine general administrative projects/tasks
Education and Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years relevant experience in a corporate environment – essential

Additional Skills:
• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite – Coupa (invoicing software)  knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Broad knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage travel arrangements
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of and adherence to EW administrative policies and procedures
• Must be able to work in a team environment under general supervision and with instructions for routine work
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
