ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Onboarding Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of customers, IT development, vendors, and revenue teams. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for onboarding products and features, from market research and strategy to delivery and ongoing performance analysis.

You will partner with internal teams and external customers to ensure our platforms support the company’s strategic goals, deliver a seamless onboarding experience, and comply with relevant schemes and regulations. Your work will directly influence time to revenue, customer satisfaction, and overall commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Enable new payment products and features for a variety of customers, ensuring consistent and optimised onboarding experiences across systems and brands.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, using research and feedback to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Partner with local and international teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Lead roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and feature definition in collaboration with Agile development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment to support product design, delivery, and change management.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including enablement, performance monitoring, reporting, and optimisation of commercial outcomes.

SALARY

  • AUD 130,000 – 175,000 + superannuation

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced Product Manager with 6+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end product solutions, ideally within payments, FinTech, or eCommerce. You are passionate about creating great customer experiences and scaling products that solve real-world problems.

You are a strategic thinker who can communicate the big picture while staying hands-on to deliver results. A collaborative operator, you bring diverse perspectives together, prioritise effectively, and drive product outcomes with commercial awareness. You thrive in fast-moving environments, leading multiple projects simultaneously, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You will also bring:

  • Demonstrated experience across full product lifecycle management, from strategy and discovery to delivery and performance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate product profitability and inform prioritisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence senior management and partner effectively across teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with onboarding products and business process architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working
  • Project management experience and exposure to various PM techniques
