At Team Global Express, we’re looking for an On-Site Representative (OSR) in Kemps Creek to play a critical role in delivering seamless transport and distribution services from our customer’s site.
This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll be the key link between our drivers, the customer, and the broader TGE network ensuring every delivery runs efficiently, safely, and on time.
What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate the daily allocation of deliveries to ensure efficient use of fleet and on-time performance
Oversee on-site transport operations, including sortation and preparation of freight
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and stakeholders
Monitor and manage driver performance, attendance, and presentation standards
Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing driver training and development
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and Chain of Responsibility obligations
Identify operational improvements and work closely with the customer to enhance service delivery
Manage backup fleet requirements and resolve issues as they arise
Ensure accurate scanning, POD retrieval, and system compliance across all deliveries
Provide timely reporting and operational insights to the Operations Manager
Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations
Strong understanding of fleet coordination, route planning, and delivery optimisation
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to manage drivers and influence performance outcomes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
