As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage data to drive performance, and collaborate with leaders to implement sustainable improvements that deliver measurable business results
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency, standardise ways of working, and drive operational excellence.
- Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that support informed business decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable process and performance improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement programs to build capability across teams.
- Support governance frameworks, process documentation, and best-practice deployment to ensure consistent execution.
About You
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or similar disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPI reporting, performance metrics, and business insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change initiatives across multiple teams.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in utilising AI systems to develop and improve business tools.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel is advantageous.
