About the role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Sydney.

Our Operations team sits at the heart of Stake Super, ensuring every customer experience is accurate, seamless and built on trust. From onboarding new SMSFs to managing complex operational workflows, the team makes investing through super feel effortless while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. They also play a critical role in shaping how Stake scales, constantly finding smarter ways to work through technology, automation and AI.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving systems and taking ownership of outcomes. You'll work across Customer Success, Finance, Product and Compliance, using data and customer insight to continuously improve how we operate. As Stake Super grows, you'll help build the operational foundations that allow us to move faster without compromising quality or customer experience.

We work hybrid spending 3 days in our beautiful, dog-friendly Sydney office.

What success looks like

Within your first two years, you'll have helped shape an operations function that's faster, smarter and increasingly automated. You'll own meaningful improvements that make life easier for both customers and internal teams while helping Stake Super scale with confidence.

  • Deliver operational processes with exceptional accuracy across onboarding, rollovers, account maintenance and ongoing administration.
  • Improve the customer experience by resolving operational issues quickly and partnering closely with Customer Success to remove friction.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work through AI, agentic workflows and smarter operational tooling.
  • Use SQL and BigQuery to uncover insights, monitor performance and support better operational decision-making.
  • Strengthen operational controls by proactively identifying risks, improving processes and maintaining high compliance standards.
  • Create clear documentation, playbooks and reporting that enable the team to operate consistently as we scale.
  • Build trusted relationships across Product, Finance, Compliance and Customer Success to deliver better outcomes together.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where operational excellence becomes a competitive advantage for Stake Super.
