Produce, shoot, edit, design, and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Own content projects from concept through publication, pitch creative ideas, help shape social strategy, maintain a consistent posting rhythm, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to create engaging, accurate content for a regulated investing platform.

Own Stake’s lifecycle strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. Use customer behavior, data, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to build relevant customer journeys and improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, AI, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Data teams to identify opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve customer experiences.

Lead Stake’s AML/CTF compliance program across Australia and New Zealand as the appointed AML/CTF Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include managing regulatory change, strengthening financial crime controls, advising on new products and markets, partnering with Product, Technology and Operations, improving compliance through automation and AI, engaging regulators and executives, and developing a high-performing financial crime function.

Own and improve Stake’s workplace technology environment, including SaaS platforms, endpoint management, identity and access systems, monitoring, service management, and device lifecycles. Build scalable onboarding and offboarding processes, automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support security, compliance, and employee experience initiatives. Partner with technical and business teams in a hybrid Sydney-based environment.

Build, operate and maintain high-quality, accessible, responsive front-end applications for Stake's investing platform. Own front-end systems, contribute to architecture and design systems, collaborate with Product and Design, deliver performant, well-tested code, and support production reliability.

Build, maintain and scale production data pipelines and platforms on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage). Improve data quality, observability, governance and self-service capabilities; partner with engineers, analysts and product teams to design data models and datasets that inform business decisions.

Lead Stake's earned media efforts across Australia and New Zealand: build media and creator relationships, craft timely pitches from data and product insights, secure high-impact coverage, prepare spokespeople, manage inbound enquiries and crisis support, and measure earned media against communications OKRs to grow Stake’s share of voice.
