Lead and grow an engineering squad responsible for Stake’s trading platform. Own trading flows, drive operational excellence (on-call, incident response, runbooks), provide technical leadership (architecture, migrations, integrations), manage vendors and cross-functional partners, and embed Risk/Compliance controls while coaching and developing engineers.

Manage complex internal and external complaint and dispute resolution matters (IDR/EDR) from assessment to final resolution.
