Lead risk and compliance for a fast-growing fintech: review customer/marketing communications, manage incidents and breaches, improve controls and governance, run risk assessments across products, third parties, privacy and AI, and deliver risk reporting while partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success.

Lead the product strategy and execution for Stake's SMSF (Super) offering. Define domain strategy, align cross-functional teams, prioritise product investments, coach Product Managers, and drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes while partnering with senior leadership to scale the Super business.

Provide outstanding multi-channel support for account management, trading, deposits/withdrawals and platform use. Investigate and resolve issues, de-escalate complaints, gather customer insights, recommend product and process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, support compliance, and help scale and automate customer experiences.

The Customer Success Analyst serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about Stake's products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
