As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. The purpose of this role is to help support our clients through functional or technical tasks as required in Trade Promotion Management software. As an Operation Specialist, you will provide Customer Support to existing customers in the APAC region for any requests that are submitted, triage/prioritize tickets, analyze/debug requests and work with other departments within TELUS across the globe. As a part of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, your role will ensure timely resolution of issues and tasks for our clients, by driving high levels of internal accountability and delivering an excellent Customer Experience.
What You Will Do:
- Taking full ownership of managing the support tickets to meet Service Level Objectives
- Actively update the customer with progress made, including next steps and estimated completion dates
- Work with multiple departments within TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods to get a successful result for client problems
- Work effectively with the APAC Customer team to monitor & improve client health and proactively flag and work to mitigate client risks
- Assist with building our knowledge base with content for common issues that occur
- Run sessions with customers in case an issue is complex and requires deep dives
- Open to learn multiple products to assist our entire APAC Support team.
What You Bring:
- Experience in the Consumer Good Industry in Software or Business Experience
- An analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills exceptional organizational skills
- Experience of database development using SQL Server stack 2012 or above, Knowledge of SQL Server Suite, V12.
- Experience working with Developer tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team Server
- Other beneficial experience includes having worked on technologies such as PowerShell, C#, Java, Node.js, Python, SQL, ADLS/Blob, Databricks.
