Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Performance Media Manager to join our dynamic Experience Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, optimisation, and management of high-performance media campaigns such as Google Ads (Search and You Tube), Social, and Programmatic to drive customer awareness, engagement, and conversion.  

You will work cross-functionally with various teams including creative, analytics, and account management, as well as our clients, to optimise digital ad campaigns and drive measurable growth across key channels. 

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance media, reporting and insights, and a deep understanding of the customer journey. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Media strategy and execution: Develop and execute performance media strategies across digital channels (e.g., Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing) to deliver against business KPIs, including awareness and conversion, cost per acquisition, and customer retention. 
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop detailed audience segmentation strategies to drive personalised marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to tailor campaigns that speak directly to the needs and behaviours of target customer segments. 
  • Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budget allocation to ensure that goals are met or exceeded. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.), providing detailed reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership. Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimisation levers. 
  • Client and Stakeholder Presentations: You will have demonstrated experience in presenting insights and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders, effectively guiding them through the process. 
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance media, and implement best practices to continuously improve campaigns whilst taking into consideration client needs and regulatory environments. 

 

Qualifications

Specific Experience Required.  

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, or conversion media management 
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated experience driving measurable results in digital advertising campaigns with a strong track record of optimising against performance metrics 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.), tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution models). 
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-backed decisions. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio). 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
