You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting meaningful people and leadership initiatives.

  • Experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development coordination roles.

  • Confidence working with learning systems, HRIS platforms, and digital tools.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience supporting leadership development or coaching programs (highly regarded).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business, OD, or a related discipline (desirable).

What We Offer

  • Access to a corporate benefits program offering discounts and privileges across leading national and global brands.
  • A competitive remuneration package aligned to your experience, supported by a comprehensive range of benefits that promote flexibility, wellbeing and work–life balance.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support balance and performance, including hybrid working options where appropriate and role-dependent flexibility in how you structure your week.
