The Role

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll help identify smarter ways of working, support the implementation of new initiatives and ensure our people have a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding. You'll manage the day-to-day administration of our HR systems, support the employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll administration and deliver accurate people data that supports better business decisions.

About You

You're organised, proactive and enjoy working with both people and technology. You pick up new systems quickly, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy using data to solve problems, improve processes and support informed people decisions.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a People & Culture, HR Operations or HR administration role.
  • Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate employee data.
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice, or a willingness to learn.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great employee experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer our HRIS (Rippling) across all InfoTrack entities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement.
  • Updating the system with employee lifecycle changes including new starters, promotions, salary changes and terminations and passing on the information to payroll.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HRIS and payroll enquiries, providing timely support to employees and leaders.
  • Produce People & Culture reports and dashboards, providing insights into headcount, turnover, recruitment and workforce trends via excel or AI.
  • Prepare WGEA reporting, remuneration surveys and support salary review and bonus processes alongside a senior staff member.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects, process improvements and system enhancements that improve efficiency and employee experience.


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a HR Operations, HRIS, People & Culture Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS/payroll platform is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including X or VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret people data and identify trends.
  • Understanding of Australian payroll requirements and employment legislation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
