Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) across Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), with a focus on Mediation, Billing, and OFT/MFT platforms.

  • Support business-critical transformation initiatives by leveraging strong telecom domain knowledge and technical expertise.

  • Manage and provide Production Support for telecom applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for production and non-production environments across BSS, Wholesale, and Customer Care applications.

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align delivery priorities.

  • Validate application functionality, business processes, and system integrations to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and production incidents to minimize service disruptions.

  • Support mediation and billing processes, including data collection, processing, validation, and reconciliation activities.

  • Coordinate defect management activities, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and resolution tracking.

  • Participate in application maintenance, system enhancements, and deployment activities to support continuous business operations.

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and service improvements.

  • Ensure successful delivery of project milestones by supporting testing, release validation, and operational readiness activities.

  • Contribute to improving customer and client experience by maintaining high-quality application performance and service delivery standards.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, test artifacts, issue logs, and operational support materials as required.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective communication, collaboration, and successful project outcomes.

Preferred Experience & Expertise

  • 9+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.

  • Strong expertise in Mediation, Billing, OFT/MFT systems, and Telecom BSS platforms.

  • Experience supporting Wholesale and Customer Care applications within complex telecom environments.

  • Proven experience in production support, application testing, incident management, and system maintenance.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
