About Us:

Recent projects undertaken by the Eptec Group include Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWDs), Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs), Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCDs) in South Australia, and now the Hunter Class Frigate Program.

About the role:

We are seeking skilled Painters and Abrasive Blasters 
to join our growing team, based at Garden Island, NSW.

  • Surface and paint preparation.
  • General site maintenance 
  • Manual Handling/Laboring 
  • Usage of equipment's and hand power tools.
  • Working in confined spaces
  • Overtime and some weekend work available
  • Opportunity for training & development

Skills/Experience:

  • Industrial spray painter experience (Highly advantageous)
  • Painting-decorating / Roller/brush experience
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
  • EWP License  (Highly advantageous)
  • Working at Heights Ticket  (Highly advantageous)
  • Confined Space Ticket 
  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
  • Team player and safety-first attitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D&A screen
