We have an exciting opportunity to join our Legal team in Sydney and are currently looking for a Paralegal to join the team. 

As a Paralegal at VGW, you will support our legal operations by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and managing matter files to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive research on legal issues and drafting relevant legal documents.
  • Managing and maintaining matter files, ensuring all documents are properly organised and easily accessible.
  • Assisting in the preparation of court filings and legal notes, meeting required formats and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in business transactions.

What you will bring to the role:

  • You hold a Diploma of Legal Services or a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • You have prior experience as a paralegal with a focus on litigation and regulatory investigations.
  • You bring excellent legal research and document drafting skills.
  • You are proficient in data management and analysis.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You are an excellent communicator and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
