You will be instrumental in delivering our legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model across our Marketing function. How you will contribute
- Reviewing brand marketing materials such as packaging and advertising materials for legal compliance.
- Advising marketing teams on compliance with advertising and intellectual property laws and company policies.
- Supporting New Product Development launches and advertising campaigns.
- Engaging with consumer and trade promotion activities.
- Delivering on our legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model within a legal specialist and generalist area of focus.
- Preparing essential legal documents and gathering information to support various initiatives.
- Interacting with business partners to deliver objectives effectively.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience or interest in consumer law, advertising regulations, and intellectual property (especially trademarks and copyright).
- Experience with consumer and trade promotions is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, particularly in reviewing documents, artworks and advertising campaigns for compliance and legal risks.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
