Job Description

The Partner Implementation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bringing TAL’s strategic partnerships to life, helping shape the future of our customer growth. As part of the Growth & Marketing Platforms team, you’ll turn new partnership opportunities into sustainable, long-term value by connecting customer needs, partner objectives and TAL’s product and platform capabilities. In an evolving environment, you’ll navigate ambiguity, foster cross functional collaboration and help build the structures that enable successful launches and seamless postlaunch execution. This role is meaningful because your work directly fuels TAL’s mission to protect more Australians in new and innovative ways.

In this role you will:

  • Support partnership rollout activities across networks by managing updates, gathering insights, and maintaining delivery quality.

  • Coordinate partner onboarding and integration activities to ensure solutions are implemented accurately and on time.

  • Support contract workflows by coordinating documentation, contributing commercial inputs, and working with Legal to finalise agreements.

  • Prepare reporting and partner information to monitor progress, track deliverables, and connect with internal support teams for issue resolution.

  • Help optimise partnership performance by tracking agreed measures, identifying issues early, and contributing to continuous improvement actions.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner contacts to enable effective collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, coordinating activities across teams, managing expectations, and tracking workflows to ensure timely and effective delivery .

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a generalist business, clientfacing, or account management role (financial services exposure helpful but not essential).

  • Disciplined approach to execution, balancing attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.

  • Sound commercial judgement with an understanding of how partnership decisions drive customer and business outcomes.

  • Strong coordination capability, particularly across prelaunch planning, partner setup, and internal alignment.

  • This role would suit someone who thrives on building strong, trusted relationships.
