Job Description

We’re redefining what ERP means for today’s businesses. Built for ANZ and powered by Microsoft D365 Business Central, Wiise is a modern, cloud-first ERP designed to help SMBs thrive and scale. Owned by KPMG Australia, we go beyond standard ERP with localised functionality and a product roadmap built for the future.

With AI and automation at the core of future ERP systems, we’re collaborating closely with Microsoft to bring the next wave of innovation to our growing customer base across ANZ.

Your Opportunity

As a Partner Sales Manager (PSM), you’ll work with a portfolio of key partners to accelerate growth and modernise how SMBs operate. You’ll lead early conversations, qualify inbound interest, and co-sell with partners to turn opportunities into wins.

You’ll be the front line of Wiise, leveraging CRM tools, data insights, and automation to identify opportunities and drive smart, scalable growth. Partnering with presales and marketing, you’ll help shape the future of cloud ERP in ANZ.

  • Be the commercial point of contact for your partners and their customers ecosystem
  • Share feedback with Product and Marketing to influence our roadmap
  • Lead qualification calls unpacking complex business pain points, and teaming up with partners to move opportunities forward with clarity, well-articulated solutions and close plans.
  • Work with HubSpot & M365 tools to track activity, manage deals, and drive pipeline insights.
  • Help your partners unlock new revenue opportunities through joint go-to-market initiatives and strategic account planning (win/win mindset).
  • Use data-driven thinking to support accurate forecasting, opportunity prioritisation, and business reporting.
  • Stay across ERP AI, automation, and ERP trends
  • Communicate clearly and confidently for pitching, enabling, or collaborating cross-functionally
  • Stay organised, be accountable, and outcome-focused in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong track record in achieving and/or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills, must be able to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with scale-up organizations: this role is not based within KPMG but for a wholly owned start-up
  • Demonstrated experience in channel sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem especially D365
  • Background working in or with partner-led growth models
  • Passion for AI, automation, and the future of business systems
  • Must be highly motivated, with excellent oral and communication skills
