THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Partnership & Client Engagement Manager, you'll be the strategic connector between our customers, business units and the Mutual Benefits Program- helping organisations access innovative workplace health, safety and wellbeing solutions that create measurable impact.

 

Working closely with senior stakeholders, key clients, account management teams, business leaders and the Mutual Benefits team, you'll identify opportunities, strengthen relationships and drive engagement with programs and initiatives that deliver meaningful value to our customers. 

 

The Mutual Benefits Program is a unique point of difference for EML, investing in innovative research, partnerships and practical solutions that help employers create safer, healthier and more productive workplaces. In this highly visible role, you'll play a key part in bringing these opportunities to life for our clients, connecting them with the right solutions to address their challenges and achieve their goals. 

 

From supporting national client growth and retention strategies to presenting at industry events, facilitating stakeholder forums and showcasing customer success stories, you'll be a trusted advisor, relationship builder and brand ambassador. Your ability to influence, engage and inspire will help strengthen customer relationships, increase program participation and amplify the impact of the Mutual Benefits Program across Australia.

 

From supporting national client growth and retention strategies to presenting at industry events, facilitating stakeholder forums and showcasing customer success stories, you'll play a visible and influential role in expanding the reach and impact of one of EML's most unique customer offerings. This will be a permanent, full time position based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a trusted advisor and relationship builder, you will:

  • Connect customers with programs, products, initiatives and partnerships that help them achieve better workplace outcomes.
  • Support the onboarding, engagement and retention of strategic and national clients.
  • Build strong relationships across EML, partnering with account management, business units and leadership teams to maximise customer value.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and marketing initiatives that increase awareness and utilisation of the Mutual Benefits Program.
  • Represent EML at client meetings, workshops, conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Create compelling customer stories, case studies and engagement materials that showcase outcomes and demonstrate impact.
  • Identify emerging client needs, industry trends and engagement opportunities to inform future initiatives and program development.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders to drive positive customer and business outcomes.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • You're a natural relationship builder who loves bringing people, ideas and opportunities together.
  • You are commercially aware, customer-focused and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You know how to build trust, create meaningful connections and translate strategy into action
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, customer engagement, business development or a similar relationship-focused role.
  • Strong networking, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence facilitating meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into outcomes.
  • Experience developing engagement, communication, marketing or customer-focused initiatives.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience within workers compensation, insurance, health, wellbeing, injury management or a related sector (highly regarded).
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (advantageous).
