● Build and maintain a network of aligned champions, influencers, and funding prospects to drive fundraising outcomes.
CRM and Intelligence Management
● Maintain and optimise the fundraising CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) to strategically track outreach, relationship development, meetings, and engagement milestones.
● Analyse CRM data to identify engagement trends, surface new opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making across fundraising activities.

Stakeholder Engagement Support
● Develop briefing packs and targeted background research to support high-impact donor and partner meetings.
● Coordinate and deliver engagement events such as ecosystem roundtables, funder briefings, and strategic networking events, ensuring alignment with OGA visibility and partnership strategies.

● Align all fundraising and donor-facing communications with the broader Orange Movement narrative and strategic positioning.
● Draft and curate donor updates, partner communications, case studies, and ecosystem narratives that demonstrate the tangible impact of OGA initiatives.
● Contribute to storytelling efforts across digital and in-person channels to amplify OGA’s mission, impact, and leadership position in gender-equal finance.
Strategic Coordination and Workflow Management
● Coordinate high-priority engagements, travel, meeting logistics, and donor touchpoints to enable seamless, professional interactions with external stakeholders.
● Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fundraising and partnership development, providing strategic inputs into continuous improvement processes.
