About the role:
Join Plenti’s Renewable Finance team and support the delivery and growth of government-backed renewable energy programs and strategic retail partnerships.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager, this role spans program delivery, partnership support, reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives across Plenti’s renewable lending portfolio. You will manage stakeholder requests, support reporting and operational deliverables, and provide analytical insights to help drive partnership and program performance.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Act as a key point of contact for government stakeholders and energy retail partners, managing day-to-day requests, reporting obligations, and correspondence
- Prepare briefing materials, program updates, and data submissions for government and commercial counterparts, ensuring Plenti's reporting and commitments meet the requirements of each relationship
- Support the development and maintenance of program deliverables across both government-funded programs and retail marketplace partnerships, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support the delivery of government-funded programs and renewable marketplace partnerships across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Monitor program and partnership performance against key metrics, assisting in identifying risks, commercial gaps, or operational issues that require escalation or a change in approach
- Support structured finance and program documentation activities, including reviewing participant terms, vendor agreements, and supporting schedules in collaboration with senior team members
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting, translating operational and commercial data into clear insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate tracking of partner commitments, reporting obligations, and governance requirements
About you:
You are a proactive and adaptable professional with experience across program delivery, partnerships, business analysis, or strategic support functions. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, working across multiple stakeholders, and operating in fast-paced or evolving environments.
You bring strong analytical and communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and a genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
You will have:
- Experience in business analysis, program coordination, partnerships, project delivery, or strategy support roles
- Background within financial services, energy, consulting, government programs, or other regulated environments
- Strong organisational and analytical capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident preparing reports, insights, and stakeholder communications
- Self-starter who can operate autonomously and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, or working with operational datasets will be highly regarded highly regarded
